For those who know romanian

Spre fericirea mea am o nepoata care scrie super bine si care ma delecteaza de fiecare data cand are un post. Intrand azi pe blogul ei am de de asta ,
nu pot sa zic ca nu m-am amuzat copios ...Doamne nu vreau in Romania, cu toate ca nici in state nu scapi de asa ceva ...si aici vorbim de originalul bling bling :))

2 months since our baby is an angel

Today is better... i know that Joshua David is in God's arms and he doesn't know what is hate ...he only knew what is love because in those 5 months in my belly he was loved like nobody else in this world...

For those people that don't know, on February 1st we had to terminate my pregnancy due to spina bifida - a very bad one -, hydrocephali, liquid around the heart, "banana shape brain" ...
I wish I could hold my boy in my arms on June 13th my due date, but God decided differently for us, Joshua's short life was only to teach us a lesson ... no matter how hard life is live it to the max ... He changed me and my husband a lot, and probably we wouldn't have changed if this hadn't happen...
Today I am sad but I am also glad that I offered my son the chance to smile at me from the above and to have a perfect life, not one were he had to look at me and say "mommy why I cannot walk, think, play, look, etc like other kids do ..." or to lose him at an early age or something else that would break my heart more than it is now...
I know that I took the best decision for him ...and we didn't had any other choice, I don't feel guilty ...And I will thank him for my entire life for the change that he made with us ...because of him we are stronger, we love each other more than ever, and most importantly we will have many healthy kids ...

We will always remember him as our saver ...

And for all the women in this world that are reading this blog ...Please don't let a pregnancy to happen , plan it and take folic acid with 3 or 4 months before starting to try ... is only $15 per month and it could save your baby ...4 mg (or 4 mcg in case you didn't had such an experience) of vitamin can help your baby to grow healthy before you even know you are pregnant.

So many bad things happen in this world if you can save a life you are already a hero ...for that baby ...

Do Romanians really need...

O.k I understand that we , probably in the eyes of many countries, are not such a developed country ... but to receive sandals that people use while visiting Niagara Falls ... ??? This is just disappointing for me... come on you ... we don't need it ...and anyway those donations are not getting to those people in need ... Someone will sell them ...
Romania needs a lot of help but not in sandals!!! And after all as I have seen not many people at Niagara Falls are giving back the sandals they are keeping them !!!!But still the name of my country remains there on that billboard ...along with other countries that REALLY ARE IN NEED!!! Please leave a comment if you felt the same or not ...What do you really think ??? Does Romania really need this?

More and more people ask me how is my country ...how are the cities there, is it true that we are a nation of gypsies and that we have so many beggars that you cannot walk the streets without giving money ...and so many bed things that i got very confused ...aren't there videos or picture that show how beautiful Romania can be ???
Well every country has it's own ugly side but ...hey nothing is perfect so ...this post is to show you my country ...
I will thank here Mariana Duma, my ex-boss from back home, for the beautiful picture that she took.
And yes people IN ROMANIA NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT DRACULA!!!! who btw died long ago and wasn't a vampire ...(about this i will post probably very shortly ).

Review from Niagara Falls

Ok last year i visited one of the most beautiful falls in the world... First impression ... it wasn't that big of a deal until i saw it from the boat ...OMG is unbelievable ...is huge, and at one point when u r so close to it u have the feeling that u ll blend with the water.
The American part really disappointed me ... no tower to see the fall from the above (as the Canadians have - i think three of them), the hotels stink (i payed $230 at Days Inn for one bed without breakfast, sheets were smelling bad, the bathtub ...i was afraid to take a shower, but it was the only option that i had at that point so i got it). Anyway i can't expect anything from hotels run by Indians (I am not a racist but i think they don't give a s**it about the image of the rooms, and anyway ( i will be mean now) u can't ask for anything else from them...
The city is so crowed by them ...i felt like i was visiting Bombay not Niagara Falls, USA ...
So if u want to go there book a room with one month before, or go in Canada; bring food with you just in case that u hate Indian cuisine :), cause you'll have to eat in Canada or at 20 miles away from the fall.
Don't miss the trip with the boat (bring something warm to wear anytime of the year), and enjoy as much as u can.
If you r a big fan of a good coffee the only place u can have it is a hidden Starbucks in the same building as the Hard Rock cafe is, and for a decent breakfast go to Danny's inside the Days Inn hotel.
On the top of the cake ...after so many things that were disappointing me...at one point i so something that really got me mad ... and especially for all the Romanians that visit Niagara Falls is very shameful ...I will put a picture here just for you to see what got me so mad ...
